Prof. Dr. Amany Aly Ahmed Mohamed, PhD, is a Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecological, and Reproductive Health Nursing at Sohag University, Egypt, with extensive academic, clinical, and leadership experience spanning over two decades. She holds a PhD from Zagazig University and has served in key roles including Vice Dean, Department Head, and Director of the Continuous Nursing Training Center. Dr. Amany has supervised numerous postgraduate theses, published widely in peer-reviewed journals, and contributed significantly to maternal and women's health education and research. She serves on editorial and reviewer boards of international journals and is actively engaged in national and international conferences, training programs, and academic quality assurance, with a strong focus on reproductive health, family planning, and nursing education.

Dr. Zalikha Al-Marzouqi is a Senior Lecturer at Oman College of Health Sciences - North Batinah Branch (OCHS-NB), with over 23 years of experience in nursing education, particularly in maternal and child health, leadership, and community health nursing. She serves as the Maternal Health Nursing Coordinator, Research and EBP Coordinator, Alumni Committee Coordinator, and is an active member of the Research, Community Outreach Committees, and the curriculum development task force. Dr. Al-Marzouqi holds a Bachelor's in Nursing from Villanova University (USA), a Master's in Nursing and Education from UCLan (UK), and a PhD in Nursing from the University of Manchester (UK). She has participated in numerous national and international research projects, with a focus on maternal health and nursing education, and has published widely, especially in qualitative research. She serves as a reviewer for several international journals (including PLOS ONE, UOS, and SABR) and research ethics committees at the college and Ministry of Health levels in Oman. Dr. Al-Marzouqi is an editorial board member of the American Journal of Business Science Philosophy and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honour Society of Nursing, actively contributing to educational programs and conferences through the Alpha Beta Delta and Phi Gamma Chapters.

Dr. Ashraf Talaat Youssef is a Professor and Head of the Radiology Department (Radiodiagnosis) at the Faculty of Medicine, Fayoum University, Egypt. He earned his MBBCH from Cairo University, MSc from Ain Shams University, and MD from El-Azhar University. He previously served as a Consultant of Radiodiagnosis at the National Institute of Nephrology and Urology in Cairo. With around 48 publications in reputed international journals, Dr. Youssef is a distinguished reviewer with a 98th percentile rank on Publons (2021) and serves on the editorial advisory board of Book Publisher International and the Yenagoa Medical Journal. He is also an honorary Rosalind Member of the London Journals Press and has authored ten books with Book Publisher International. His research is among the most read in his department on ResearchGate, and he has supervised over 50 MD and MSc theses. Dr. Youssef is an editorial board member for several international journals and a recipient of numerous accolades including the Fayoum University Award of Encouragement (2016), the Distinguished Scientist Award from INSO (2022), the Best Researcher Award from Pencis (2023), and the Excellent Scientist Award from Scientific Laurels (2024). He is also an active participant in many international conferences spanning Radiodiagnosis, Ultrasonography, Urology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Geriatric Medicine, and Cancer Diagnosis.

Dr. Shyam Nandan Gupta is a highly accomplished Fertility Specialist and Gynae-Endoscopy Surgeon, currently serving as the Zonal Business Director (South) and Center Head at Indira IVF Hospital, Bengaluru. With an MBBS from Tribhuwan University, an MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, and MRCOG Part 1 from the UK, he has further enhanced his expertise through advanced training in infertility, IVF, reproductive endocrinology (Singapore), laparoscopy (China), fetal medicine (AIIMS), and male infertility. He has performed over 10,000 ovum pick-ups, 9,000 embryo transfers, 1,000 laparoscopic surgeries, and 5,000 hysteroscopic procedures, significantly improving IVF success rates up to 70-75% through personalized patient care and innovation. His academic and clinical career includes key roles at K.D. Medical College and B.P. Koirala Institute. He holds certifications in fetal medicine, clinical genetics, ultrasound, ethics, and hospital infection control, and is an active member of global organizations including FOGSI, ISAR, IAGE, ASRM, ESHRE, and RCOG (UK). Dr. Keren Michael is a Senior Lecturer in the Departments of Social Work and Human Services at The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, Israel. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Haifa. Her research focuses on risk behaviors and coping mechanisms across life transitions and organizational settings, with particular attention to maladaptive behaviors such as violent romantic relationships, substance use, and high-risk sexual activity among youth. She also investigates personal and interpersonal coping resources in response to crises and loss, aiming to promote resilience and psychological well-being. In the organizational domain, her work centers on the health professions, emphasizing the therapeutic alliance between practitioners and clients, strategies to prevent burnout, improvement of communication among care teams and patients, enhancement of medical professionalism, and the advancement of person-centered care.
