Payments & Refunds

• Article Processing Charges (APCs) are due post-acceptance, payable via secure methods.
• Refund Policy:
  1. No refunds after final proof generation or post-acceptance.
  2. Pre-review withdrawals may qualify for partial refunds, minus administrative fees.

Manuscript Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via the registered email.
• Post-peer-review withdrawals may incur penalties.
• Unethical withdrawals (e.g., simultaneous submissions) may result in author blacklisting.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must:

• Respond to proofs/invoices within 7 calendar days.
• Approve final proofs before publication.
• Ensure timely APC payment.
• Maintain professional communication.

Non-compliance may result in:

• Publication delays or cancellation.
• Retraction notices.
• Future submission rejections.

Retraction & Ethical Violations

• Zero-Tolerance Policy - The journal does not accept plagiarism, data fabrication or manipulation under any circumstances.
• Unacceptable Practices
  1. Plagiarism - Copying others' work, self-plagiarism or submitting the same article to multiple journals.
  2. Data Fabrication - Making up or falsifying data, results or findings.
  3. Manipulation - Altering data, images or results to mislead.
  4. Authorship Misconduct - Adding names of non-contributors or excluding rightful authors.
  5. Citation Manipulation - Using irrelevant or excessive citations to boost metrics.
• Investigation Process - Any reported ethical concern will be formally reviewed by the editorial team and authors may be asked to provide evidence or explanation.
• Consequences of Violations
  1. Article Retraction - If an article is found to violate ethical standards, it will be formally withdrawn from the journal. A retraction notice will be published and the article will be removed from all indexing and online databases to ensure readers are aware that the work is invalid or unreliable.
  2. Institutional Notification - Informing the author's university or research body of the misconduct.
  3. Submission Ban - Restricting authors from future submissions.
  4. Ethics Committee Escalation - Reporting severe violations to national/international bodies.
• Commitment to Integrity - Authors must follow ethical standards, ensuring originality, honesty, and transparency in all submissions.

Disclaimers

• Content liability: Published views belong solely to authors, not Globalmeetx.
• Third-party ads/products are not endorsed.
• Medical/clinical content must be validated by professionals—Globalmeetx disclaims liability for misuse.
