  • Editorial or Review Experience (Preferred): While not always mandatory, prior experience as a reviewer or editor for academic journals is highly valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with manuscript evaluation and publishing ethics.

As a custodian of your journal's quality, an editorial board member is expected to actively contribute in several key areas:

This includes identifying potential conflicts of interest, plagiarism, data fabrication, or any other unethical practices, in alignment with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines and our own strict Ethics Policy.
  • Journal Promotion and Advocacy: Actively promote the journal within your academic and professional networks, encourage high-quality submissions, and help increase the journal's visibility and impact factor.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in initiatives such as curating special issues on emerging topics, contributing to editorial advisory discussions, and providing insights on the journal's long-term direction and policy development.
