Editorial Process and Manuscript Handling
While the peer review process is managed by our editors, the following
structured workflow ensures consistency, timeliness, and clarity for all
stakeholders.
- Initial Check and Plagiarism Screening: Upon submission, every
manuscript undergoes an initial technical and ethical check. This
includes a screening for plagiarism using advanced software to ensure
the work's originality. Manuscripts that do not meet our submission
criteria or ethical standards are declined at this stage.
- Editorial Assessment: The Editor-in-Chief or an assigned Associate
Editor assesses the manuscript for its overall suitability, scope,
alignment with the journal's aims, and scholarly significance. This
step determines whether the manuscript will proceed for further
evaluation.
- Final Decision and Communication: The Editor-in-Chief makes the
final decision on the manuscript (Accept, Reject, or Revise) based on
the evaluations and the manuscript's development during the revision
process. This decision, along with clear reasons and guidance, is
communicated directly to the corresponding author by the editor.
- Production and Publication: Once accepted, the manuscript is
transferred to our production team for professional typesetting,
proofreading, and final publication in an issue. We strive for a swift
turnaround from acceptance to publication to ensure timely
dissemination of research.
