I Professor Dr. Alka Tajne working as a Professor cum principal at Vibrant Nursing College Surat. My vision is to provide knowledge to the students. I want to do research in a subject of Child Health Nursing in remote area among malnourished children. I want to give importance to leadership, empathy integrity. My wish that students perform many tasks and they will be a good nurse. I want to manage administrative responsibilities and establish oversee class schedule. I want to focus on a leadership direction and coordination within a college and develop and maintain effective educational programme to promote the improvement of teaching and learning within college.
