Required Documents (Checklist)
- Main manuscript (Word or LaTeX) using the journal template.
- Cover letter describing novelty and fit to the journal.
- Author contribution statement listing specific roles
(conceptualization, methodology, writing, supervision).
- Conflict of interest declaration.
- Ethics approval and consent forms (where applicable): IRB approval
number and statement of consent.
- Funding declaration with grant numbers.
- Figures and tables as separate files if required by the system.
- Supplementary materials labeled and described.
Cover Letter Requirements
A concise, persuasive cover letter should:
- State the manuscript title and article type.
- Summarize the principal findings and the manuscript's novelty in 3--5
sentences.
- Explain why the paper is a good fit for the journal and its audience.
- Confirm that the manuscript is original, not under consideration
elsewhere, and that all authors approve submission.
- Disclose prior dissemination (preprints, conference abstracts) and
provide links or citations.
- Provide contact information for the corresponding author and, where
appropriate, list suggested reviewers and any reviewers to avoid with
reasons.
