An Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has received a formal acceptance decision. No fees are charged for manuscript submission, initial editorial assessment, or peer-review consideration.

No Hidden Charges
GlobalMeetX Publishing follows a transparent pricing policy. Unless specifically announced by a journal, authors are not charged additional fees for color figures, standard tables, supplementary files, data availability statements, author corrections during production, or online access to published articles.
Waiver and Discount Program
GlobalMeetX Publishing believes that financial limitations should not prevent the communication of valuable scientific findings. A waiver and discount program is available to support eligible authors who may face genuine funding constraints. Requests are evaluated individually and confidentially.
Eligibility for Financial Support
Authors may be considered for partial or full APC support when they:
• Have no research grant or institutional funding
• Are affiliated with resource-limited institutions
• Are early-career researchers with limited publication support
• Are independent researchers without external sponsorship
• Demonstrate exceptional financial hardship
• Submit manuscripts of significant scholarly value
Waiver Review Principles
Waiver decisions are handled separately from editorial evaluation. Editors, reviewers, and editorial board members do not consider an author's ability to pay when assessing a manuscript. Acceptance decisions are based exclusively on scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal scope.
How to Request a Waiver
Authors wishing to request APC assistance should contact the Editorial Office after manuscript submission or upon receiving editorial communication. Requests should include a brief explanation of funding limitations and any relevant supporting information. Each application is reviewed on its own merits.
Payment Process
Following acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an official invoice containing payment instructions, accepted payment methods, and any approved waiver or discount information. Publication production begins after payment confirmation or formal approval of APC assistance.

Refund Policy
