Waiver & Discount Policy

• Eligibility: The journal provides full or partial waivers for authors from low-income countries, students, or early-career researchers without funding, and for invited contributions or special issues as determined by editorial policy.
• Application procedure: Request waivers during submission,providing supporting documentation. Waiver decisions are typically made prior to final acceptance of the paper and are handled confidentially.
