Dr. Zalikha Al-Marzouqi is a Senior Lecturer at Oman College of Health Sciences - North Batinah Branch (OCHS-NB), with over 23 years of experience in nursing education, particularly in maternal and child health, leadership, and community health nursing. She serves as the Maternal Health Nursing Coordinator, Research and EBP Coordinator, Alumni Committee Coordinator, and is an active member of the Research, Community Outreach Committees, and the curriculum development task force. Dr. Al-Marzouqi holds a Bachelor's in Nursing from Villanova University (USA), a Master's in Nursing and Education from UCLan (UK), and a PhD in Nursing from the University of Manchester (UK). She has participated in numerous national and international research projects, with a focus on maternal health and nursing education, and has published widely, especially in qualitative research. She serves as a reviewer for several international journals (including PLOS ONE, UOS, and SABR) and research ethics committees at the college and Ministry of Health levels in Oman. Dr. Al-Marzouqi is an editorial board member of the American Journal of Business Science Philosophy and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honour Society of Nursing, actively contributing to educational programs and conferences through the Alpha Beta Delta and Phi Gamma Chapters.
