Professor Dr. Alka Tajne serves as the Professor and Principal at Vibrant Nursing College, Surat. Her vision is to impart knowledge to students and inspire them to excel in the nursing profession. She is particularly passionate about conducting research in the field of Child Health Nursing, focusing on malnourished children in remote areas.

Dr. Tajne places great emphasis on leadership, empathy, and integrity, aiming to instill these values in her students. She encourages them to engage in diverse tasks, preparing them to become skilled and compassionate nurses. In her administrative role, she manages responsibilities such as overseeing class schedules, ensuring effective coordination within the college, and providing strong leadership direction.
