Dr. Abdullah Ayub Khan is a computer scientist and academic leader recognized among the World's Top 1% Scientists (2025) and Top 2% Scientists (2023–2025). He earned his PhD and MS/MPhil in Computer Science from Sindh Madressatul Islam University, where he was a gold medalist and the university’s first PhD graduate, and he has also completed multiple postdoctoral and global research fellowships in Malaysia. Over more than a decade in academia, he has served in key roles at Bahria University Karachi Campus-including Senior Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, Cluster Head, and FYP Coordinator-as well as at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University Lyari and SMIU, where he has contributed extensively to teaching, academic coordination, and research supervision. His scholarly work spans digital and multimedia forensics, blockchain, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, machine learning, smart healthcare systems, fog and edge computing, and smart city and industrial applications, with numerous high-impact journal publications, book chapters, conference papers, and funded student projects to his credit. Beyond research, he has been an invited speaker, program coordinator, project mentor, editorial board member, and recipient of multiple academic honors and teaching awards, reflecting his commitment to innovation, leadership, and community engagement in computing and technology.
