Jing Xie is an independent researcher and AI Mathematics Specialist with expertise in applied mathematics, mathematics education, statistical modeling, Bayesian methods, learning analytics, and artificial intelligence in education. She holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Northeastern Illinois University and has completed the Statistics and Data Science MicroMasters program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). With over a decade of experience in mathematics education, she has taught College Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, Algebra, and Geometry at both secondary and higher education levels. Her current work focuses on AI-assisted mathematical reasoning, mathematics education research, statistical methodology, and educational data analytics. She has presented her research at national mathematics conferences and has authored peer-reviewed work on advancing statistical methodologies to enhance mathematics teaching and learning. Her research interests include mathematical reasoning, factor analysis, Bayesian modeling, student success, and the application of artificial intelligence to mathematics education.
