Copyright and Author Rights

Authors retain copyright in their published articles.

Authors grant GlobalMeetX Publishing the non-exclusive rights necessary to publish the article, identify itself as the original publisher, disseminate the Version of Record, and maintain the published scholarly record.

Publication in the journal does not require authors to transfer copyright to the publisher.

The authors' rights to use, share, distribute, and reuse their own published work remain subject to the terms of the applicable CC BY 4.0 licence.

Sharing and Repository Deposit

Authors may share and deposit the published Version of Record in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories, personal academic websites, research networks, funder repositories, and other lawful scholarly platforms.

The journal does not impose an embargo on the sharing or repository deposit of the published Version of Record.

Reuse and redistribution should comply with the attribution requirements of the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Third-Party Material

Unless otherwise indicated, the open-access licence applies to the scholarly article and the material for which the authors hold the necessary rights.

Photographs, figures, illustrations, datasets, assessment instruments, maps, software, or other material reproduced from third-party sources may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions.

Where third-party material is not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 licence, its rights status should be identified through an appropriate credit line, caption, or notice. Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for reuse of such material.

Open Access and Editorial Independence

Open-access publishing does not influence editorial assessment, peer review, or publication decisions.

Where an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies, financial and administrative matters are handled separately from editorial decision-making.

An author's ability or inability to pay an APC, eligibility for a waiver or discount, or any other financial consideration does not determine whether a manuscript is accepted or rejected.

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality, research integrity, ethical compliance, peer-review outcomes, and the journal's editorial policies.

Responsible Open Access Publishing

The journal is committed to responsible scholarly communication, transparent licensing, research integrity, editorial independence, and broad access to scholarly knowledge.

Information regarding the journal's peer-review process, copyright policy, publication ethics, Article Processing Charges and waivers, editorial board, and publisher ownership is made publicly available through the journal website.
