I am Oduwaye Olubusola F (PhD), a dedicated Plant Pathologist with expertise in identifying and managing plant diseases. I am currently working with Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ibadan as a Senior Research Fellow. I have passion for plants and a keen eye for detail, I have worked on various projects, from diagnosing fungal infections to developing sustainable disease management strategies. Currently, working with my colleagues, to provide cutting-edge techniques to improve crop health and food security.

• Disease management in crops including roselle, sunflower, cowpea, lima bean, maize, kenaf, cocoa, coffee, and kola.
• Identification and control of major diseases of kenaf in Nigeria.
• Study of fungal pathogens, leaf spot diseases, and virus resistance in crops.
• Teaching, training farmers, and conducting workshops on Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs).
• Conducting plant disease epidemiology and pathogen characterization.
• Supervising research and implementing disease-control trials.
