Prof. CHEN Mo-Xian is a Professor at Guizhou University’s National Key Laboratory of Green Pesticides and an expert in plant molecular biology and green biotechnology. He earned his PhD from The University of Hong Kong and focuses on plant-microbiome interactions, alternative splicing, proteogenomics, and biopesticide development. Prof. Chen has published over 60 papers, holds multiple patents, and has received major honors including the Top 2% Highly Cited Researcher (2025) and the First-Class Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Guizhou Province. He serves on editorial boards of several international journals and leads multiple national and provincial research projects aimed at improving crop resilience and sustainable agriculture.
