As the global population ages, the importance of advancing research in aging science has never been more critical. From molecular mechanisms of senescence to innovations in geriatric care, the field demands robust, evidence-based insights to meet the challenges of healthy aging and age-related disorders.

The Aging Science Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access platform dedicated to publishing high-quality research and clinical findings across all areas of aging and longevity studies. The journal invites submissions from scientists, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and academicians worldwide, aiming to foster scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange to support healthy aging across populations.

Key areas of interest include cellular and molecular biology of aging, gerontology, neurodegeneration, age-related diseases (such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer), regenerative medicine, immunosenescence, musculoskeletal aging, geriatric psychiatry, healthspan interventions, pharmacological and nutritional approaches, and age-related metabolic disorders. Emerging fields like epigenetic aging, senolytics, AI in aging research, and personalized medicine for older adults are also strongly encouraged.

The journal also emphasizes research on the interconnections between aging and systemic health, including studies on inflammaging, the aging microbiome, multimorbidity, cognitive decline, and social and environmental factors affecting aging outcomes. The Aging Science Journal utilizes a streamlined Online Submission System, allowing authors to easily track their manuscript's progress. All submissions are reviewed by experienced editorial board members or external experts, with editorial decisions based on evaluations by at least two independent reviewers and the editor.

Regardless of the option, all manuscripts undergo thorough peer-review process, editorial assessment and production process.

Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process)

Authors who are willing to publish their articles under this mode can make a pre-payment of $99 towards express peer-review and editorial decision. First editorial decision in 3 days and final decision with review comments in 5 days from the date of submission. Galley proof generation will be done in next 2 days from acceptance or maximum 5 days (For manuscripts notified for revision by external reviewer).

Manuscripts accepted for publication will be charged regular APC.

Authors retain the copyright of their publication and the final version of the article will be published in both HTML and PDF formats as well as XML formats for transmitting to indexing databases. The editorial team of the Journal will ensure adherence to scientific publication guidelines.
