Membership plans become active upon successful payment confirmation.
Each membership category remains valid for 12 months from the activation date unless otherwise specified by Globalmeetx.
Membership Upgrade Policy
Members may request an upgrade to a higher membership category during the active membership duration.
Upgrade requests remain subject to administrative evaluation, revised pricing adjustments, and applicable membership conditions.
Membership downgrades are generally not permitted during the active membership period.
Utilization of Membership Benefits
Complimentary publication benefits and APC reduction privileges must be utilized within the active membership validity period.
Unused publication privileges, APC reductions, or membership entitlements remaining after membership expiration will generally not be transferred, extended, refunded, or carried forward to future membership periods unless otherwise approved under exceptional administrative circumstances.
Members are encouraged to appropriately plan manuscript submissions to maximize available membership privileges during the active membership term.
Single Membership Policy
Each researcher or author may maintain only one active Globalmeetx membership account at a time.
Duplicate memberships, overlapping membership privileges, or multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
Globalmeetx reserves the right to review, merge, suspend, or restrict duplicate memberships or related accounts where necessary.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership plans are generally non-cancellable once activated.
Members may submit a formal cancellation request within 30 days from the membership activation date for administrative review and consideration.
Cancellation approvals remain solely at the discretion of GlobalMeetX and may depend on membership utilization, manuscript activity, editorial workflow status, and applicable administrative policies.
Approved refunds, where applicable, may be subject to administrative deductions or processing charges.
Manuscript Transfer to Membership Benefits
Authors who submit manuscripts independently and subsequently purchase a Globalmeetx membership plan during the editorial or publication process may request consideration for applying eligible membership publication privileges to the submitted manuscript.
Such requests remain subject to editorial review, manuscript eligibility, publication workflow stage, and applicable membership policies.
Globalmeetx reserves the right to approve or decline such requests based on administrative and editorial considerations.
General Membership Conditions
Membership plans provide publication support privileges only and do not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication.
All manuscripts undergo independent peer review and editorial evaluation in accordance with journal scope, publication ethics, scientific quality standards, originality requirements, and reviewer recommendations.
Additional charges may apply for optional publication services, supplementary production requirements, extensive language editing, or specialized editorial processing services where applicable.
Globalmeetx reserves the right to revise membership structures, APC policies, publication privileges, eligibility requirements, and administrative terms in accordance with editorial and operational requirements.
