APC Structure

APC Rationale: Article Processing Charges cover editorial management, peer review coordination, production (typesetting, XML), online hosting, and archiving. Fees are invoiced after acceptance.

Fee Table: APCs may vary by article type and word count.

Invoicing & payment: APC invoices are issued to the corresponding author or institution after acceptance; payment instructions, accepted payment methods, and invoice timelines are provided by the finance team. There is no fee for manuscript submission. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applicable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted by the editorial team.

Waiver & Discount Policy

• Eligibility: The journal provides full or partial waivers for authors from low-income countries, students, or early-career researchers without funding, and for invited contributions or special issues as determined by editorial policy.
• Application procedure: Request waivers during submission, providing supporting documentation. Waiver decisions are typically made prior to final acceptance of the paper and are handled confidentially.
• Discounts & Special Cases: Institutional agreements, sponsorships may offer discounts. Contact the editorial office.
