APC Structure

APC Rationale: Article Processing Charges cover editorial management, peer review coordination, production (typesetting, XML), online hosting, and archiving. Fees are invoiced after acceptance.

Fee Table: APCs may vary by article type and word count.

Invoicing & payment: APC invoices are issued to the corresponding author or institution after acceptance; payment instructions, accepted payment methods, and invoice timelines are provided by the finance team.

Waiver & Discount Policy

• Eligibility: The journal provides full or partial waivers for authors from low-income countries, students, or early-career researchers without funding, and for invited contributions or special issues as determined by editorial policy.
• Application procedure: Request waivers during submission, providing supporting documentation. Waiver decisions are typically made prior to final acceptance of the paper and are handled confidentially.
• Discounts & Special Cases: Institutional agreements, sponsorships may offer discounts. Contact the editorial office.
