Submission guidelines for abstract submission to the Gynecology 2025:

  • Submission Platform: All abstract submissions must be completed through the designated online portal accessible via the official webinar website. Entries submitted through email or alternative methods will not be accepted or reviewed.
  • Formatting Requirements: Authors must ensure that their abstracts strictly adhere to the prescribed formatting guidelines, including word count, font style and size, layout, and overall structure, as outlined in the official abstract template.
  • Title Guidelines: The abstract title should be clear, concise, and accurately reflect the main theme or findings of the research. Avoid vague or overly broad titles.
  • Author Information: Ensure that each abstract includes the complete names, institutional affiliations, and valid contact information of all contributing authors. If someone other than the lead or corresponding author will be presenting, please specify this distinction clearly.
  • Abstract Structure: All abstracts must follow a logical structure with clearly defined sections:
    • Background/Objectives
    • Methods
    • Key Results
    • Conclusions/Implications
Use precise and professional language throughout your abstract. Steer clear of overly technical jargon, undefined abbreviations, or vague expressions that may hinder understanding. Aim for clarity and readability to engage a diverse academic audience.
  • Keywords: Include a selection of 3 to 5 carefully chosen keywords or key phrases that reflect the core focus of your research. This enhances search ability and ensures better visibility during the review and indexing process.
  • Clarity and Conciseness: Write your abstract in clear, concise language, avoiding unnecessary jargon or technical terms that may be unclear to readers.
  • Relevance: Ensure that your abstract aligns with the webinar theme and focuses on topics relevant to Gynecology 2025.
  • Figures and Tables: Authors may include high-quality visuals (figures, tables, charts) that directly support the content of the abstract. All visuals must be clearly labeled, referenced in the text, and relevant to the research.
  • Citations: References to prior research or literature should be properly cited using the citation format outlined in the official submission template.
  • Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted on or before the official deadline. Submissions received after the cutoff date will not be accepted for review.
  • Confirmation of Submission: Upon successful submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the designated contact, serving as proof of receipt.
  • Peer Review and Notification: Each abstract will be evaluated through a structured peer-review process by the Gynecology 2025 Scientific Committee. Final decisions regarding acceptance will be communicated to authors as per the designated review schedule.
  • Presentation Guidelines: If selected, authors will be required to follow the official guidelines for oral or poster presentations, including specifications for design, timing, and session schedules.

NOTE: Please download and refer to the official abstract template from the above for submission reference.

By following these guidelines, you will ensure that your abstract is professionally prepared, thematically relevant, and eligible for consideration at Gynecology 2025.
