Webinar Rescheduling:
If a webinar is postponed, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer their registration to another Globalmeetx webinar within 12 months. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled session, you can request to move your registration to a future date, subject to approval and availability.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of request. Please note a 20% deduction applies to cover transaction, processing, and service charges.
Partial Payments:
Initial token or partial payments are non-refundable unless the full payment has been made.
In the rare event that a Globalmeetx webinar is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund within a defined period. Alternatively, they can opt to attend the next available webinar at no additional charge. Participants will be informed promptly in such cases.
